Refund and Returns Policy
Because of the nature of our products and COVID guidelines, we do not offer any form of exchange or refund. We will however accommodate for any lost, damage or wrong item(s) sent. Simply contact us via contact form (on site) or email: firstname.lastname@example.org, anytime, up to 7 days after receiving package/product. We will be more than happy to assist in sending out a replacement item.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Although we do love gifts, we cannot accept any items in return.
We are working very hard to get your order to you as quick as possible. Our goal is to ship orders next day, but unfortunately, shipping times are , sometimes, out of our control. Most orders can be expected to arrive 3 to 5 days after the order is processed. Once an order has left our possession, it is up to the shipping services to provide an efficient and accurate shipping arrival. Please do contact us if your order has been processed and in shipment for more than 7 days. We will be happy to accommodate for the inconvenience.
